Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) has become incredibly popular in recent years - and we love it. We’ve been offering SUP lessons and tours for many years, making us one of the most experienced SUP centres on the Jurassic Coast.
We have a great team of ISA-qualified instructors, who are here to help you get out on the water for the first time, or hone your existing SUP skills. We want you to love SUP just as much as we do, so our sessions are designed to help you progress, not just to get the basics (although we’ll make sure you’ve got those too!).
As you progress, we can help you explore other aspects of the sport, including SUP racing, SUP surfing and SUP downwinding - we’ll even introduce you to SUP polo. We’re in one of the UK’s top spots for downwind paddling, so there’s nowhere better to experience the thrill of a downwinder for the first time.
We offer private and group lessons, running regular sessions throughout the week and on weekends. We also run children’s sessions. Check our class timetable to see what’s coming up and the prices for each session.
If you want to discover the Jurassic Coast on a board, our SUP safaris up the Fleet lagoon and around Portland Harbour are perfect. The Fleet is a particularly great place for a paddle, as it’s calm, sheltered and home to a variety of wildlife, including hares, terns and otters, that you can observe from your board.
Around the harbour there are some fascinating sights, including Sandsfoot Castle and a former submarine testing centre.
If you just want to go for a chilled out paddle, you can hire all the equipment you need and explore at your own pace. Take a look at our tour and hire prices.
Simply being out on a SUP is a great full-body workout, but with a bit of effort you can get some real health and fitness benefits from a session. Alongside our CrossFit box, we offer regular SUP bootcamps where you’ll use your board for exercise. With the gym onsite, if the weather isn’t suitable, there’s always an alternative, and we’ll focus on building strength and honing your technique for paddling, even when we’re not on the water. Take a look at our class timetable to check times and prices.
Our passion for SUP extends beyond offering lessons and tours. We’ve established WeySUP - a SUP club that organises regular paddles and social events to help you meet other water lovers and enjoy the sport.
You can join club paddles or use the group to find company on SUP tours you’re planning yourself. Join our group on Facebook to find out what’s going on.
